How do I reduce the total allotted shares in a fixed equity pool?

Go to Capitalization > Equity Pools and select the fixed equity pool from the list whose total number of allotted shares you want to decrease.

You can decrease the total allotted shares in the fixed equity pool by reducing the number indicated in the input field for Shares and clicking the Save button.

If you have existing vesting plans, a message below the input field will indicate the minimum number of shares you will need to maintain. You cannot decrease it below this number.
